Every summer holiday, Oswestry hosts its much-anticipated Hot Air Balloon Carnival, a free event that lights up the sky with more than twenty colorful hot air balloons. This year, the festival is set for August 22 and 23, making it a perfect addition to your holiday plans.
Organized by Nightingale House Hospice, Oswestry Town Council, and Oswestry BID, the two-day festival is a celebration for all ages and includes spectacular balloon launches, including a breathtaking sunset launch and a magical ‘night glow’ at Cae Glas Park.
